Delivery, duties & VAT
In-stock orders dispatch in 1–2 business days after payment confirmation; DHL transit is normally 3–6 business days after dispatch. Delivery is €26, or free over €500 discounted product subtotal. We cover customs duties; recipient local import VAT remains payable.
Returns
Products must remain in exactly the condition received. Email photographs to hello@tomgoldhair.com and wait for written approval before returning anything. Custom orders cannot be cancelled or returned after production starts, except where defective, damaged or incorrect. Approved cases use a refund-and-reorder approach.
