What is the difference between Signature and Essence?
Signature offers fuller ends and a higher-impact finish. Essence is lighter and softly tapered for especially natural movement. Hair quality and ethical standards are the same.
How should shade, length and quantity be selected?
A professional stylist must assess the natural hair, desired result and application method. On-screen shades are a guide only.
How should extensions be cared for after application?
Detangle from the ends upward, avoid pulling at attachment points, rinse thoroughly and dry roots and attachments completely. Never sleep with wet extensions.
When should maintenance be checked?
Timing depends on the method, growth and individual wearer. Schedule regular professional checks and address discomfort immediately.
How should removal be handled?
Removal must always be completed professionally with the correct tools and products. At-home removal can damage natural hair and scalp.
How do delivery, duties and import VAT work?
In-stock orders dispatch in 1–2 business days after payment confirmation; DHL transit is normally 3–6 business days after dispatch. Tom Gold Hair covers customs duties, while recipient local import VAT remains payable.
How do I request a return?
Email photographs to hello@tomgoldhair.com before returning anything. The product must be in exactly the condition received and written approval is required.
