Order processing
Orders are processed once payment has been confirmed. You will receive an order confirmation email when your order is placed, and a further notification when it has been dispatched, including tracking details where available.
Delivery within the UAE
- Standard delivery: AED 25
- Free standard delivery on orders of AED 200 or more
Delivery to the European Union
- Tracked delivery: AED 70
- Free delivery on orders of AED 2,000 or more
Orders delivered outside the UAE may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees charged by the destination country. Unless otherwise stated at checkout, these charges are the responsibility of the recipient.
Pricing and VAT
All prices on this store are shown in UAE Dirhams (AED) and include VAT where applicable.
Delivery issues
Please make sure your delivery address is complete and accurate, as we cannot guarantee delivery to incorrectly entered addresses.
