Returns
We want you to be completely happy with your purchase from Tom Gold Hair. If you change your mind, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order, provided the item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging with any seals intact.
Items that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons
For health and hygiene reasons, hair extensions, haircare products, and other personal-use items can only be returned if they are unopened and unused, with all packaging and seals intact. This does not affect your rights in relation to faulty, damaged, or incorrect items, or your statutory rights under applicable UAE consumer protection law.
Faulty, damaged, or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible at info@allrise.global with your order number and photos of the item and packaging. Once the issue is confirmed, we will arrange a replacement or a refund, including any applicable delivery costs.
How to start a return
Email info@allrise.global with your order number and the reason for your return. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send the item. Items sent back without first requesting a return may not be accepted.
Unless the item is faulty or incorrect, return delivery costs are the customer's responsibility.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please allow time for your bank or card provider to process the refund.
Order cancellation
If you wish to cancel an order, contact us as quickly as possible. If the order has not yet been dispatched, we will cancel and refund it in full. If it has already been dispatched, the standard return process above applies.
